Our unique business model of not having a shop allows us to be flexible on both time and location and save on the overhead of rent. We can then pass these savings on to you the customer.

When shopping for your repair, keep this in mind. Physical shops need to cover the cost of rent, electricity, employees, etc. In order to do so, they strech their margins two ways, charge higher prices and purchase low cost/ low quality parts. We, on the other hand, we can put the highest quality part and still charge less. We know that a great customer experience and just helping people out trumps unreasonable repair prices. We also strive to be flexible and transparent. This includes: traveling to you, evening hours, discounts and price transparency. Our business model is a little unique, we come to you or meet you at a common place like Starbucks.

Over the years we have steadily grown and now offer our services by mail. We will even buy your old phone or phones that are not repairable.

Maybe you're too far away or you're too busy to have your device fixed in person. No problem, just mail it to us and have it back in a couple days like new. It is only an additional $5 to cover shipping and we update you throughout the process. You can also mail it to us and pick it up in person or vice versa.
