-We do not have a physical store fronts in either Vermont or New York. Instead we either come to you or meet you at a local Starbucks. It keeps our prices low and is a public meeting spot.

-We fix the phone right in front of you. You are free stay and watch.

 

-It usually takes about 30 minutes.

 

-Other fixes like iPad's and some Android devices take a few hours. We meet to drop off and return later or the next day.

 

-We also repair by mail. Turn around time is usually 2-3 days.
