Warranty

Our 90 day warranty covers all repairs performed to be free from defect. If our repair doesn't work properly, call us and we will take care of it. In rare cases, a repair we perform affects the performance of another piece. Most of the time it is a loose wire, but if it is our fault, we repair it at no cost to you. Warranty work receives the same 90 day coverage from day of completion. In rare cases, we get a bad part and need to ordr a replacement. No charge for unrepairable damage. Warranty does not cover new damage caused by abuse or accedental incident after repair. If you do break your device again, we will offer you a discount for each new repair. Discount for multiple repairs/devices. Warranty only applies to our own parts and work.

Tempered Glass Screen Protectors

We get asked all the time during a repair, "What do you recommend to prevent this from happening again?" We recommend a two level line of defense. The first is a case that protects the corners of the device. This is where most breaks occur. We have some great ideas of what qualifies as a good case, as your repairer for their recommendations.

The second level of protection is a tempered glass screen protector. This helps prevent damage from drops, collision and scratches. Tempered glass is still breakable, but it will break before your screen will. It is a common misconception that a screen protector protects your screen. The truth is that they protect from light scratches on the glass, but not impact. A tempered glass screen protector bonds to the glass and uses multiple microscopic layers to protect your device. They are no thicker than a normal screen protector and have beveled edges to bond seemlessly to the glass. They are easily removable but do no peal, bubble, or get hazy like typical screen protectors.
